Answer: If the P3 LITE product breaks after 6 months, our after-sales service will reset the card using its IMEI number. The remaining data will be cleared, and it will be treated as new for future use.

Has anyone checked the internet speed? Specifically, if the YouTube video is displayed at 720p on the car display, what is the internet speed? How is the internet speed?

Answer: The Internet speed is just like the ordinary 4G SIM, uploading at a speed of 50 Mbps and 300 Mbps for downloading. However, the actual download speed depends on the signal, mostly at around 3 MB to 4 MB per second.

Where will the 120GB sticker be placed on the product and packaging box?

Answer: On the product side, it has the 120GB sticker; however, on the packaging box, it is located in the upper right corner.

Does the 10GB monthly data allocation refer to a calendar month, or is it based on one month from the time of activation? For example, if the customer activates the service in late November, is the 10GB valid through November?

The 10GB valid period is a month, not a calendar month. Therefore, if activated on November 28, then it is valid until December 28. The data cycle renews upon the update for 12 months from the activation date.

Will there be a prompt when the 10GB monthly data is almost exhausted, reminding the user? And will there be a subsequent prompt asking users to click the bottom right corner to recharge and buy more data packages?
